Weekly UpdatesWednesday Blue Plate
Liz’s quiche has won accolades for years from guests at our Inn, where we often serve it at breakfast. It doesn’t usually make the leap to dinner fare at the Herd, but it’s so very good, and the ingredients we have for this week’s Blue Plate are so perfectly suited, that we’ve decided it’s time to have some delectable quiche for dinner: house-smoked salmon, shiitake and asparagus quiche is on the menu this evening, served with lemon-dressed baby greens. What a perfect dish for late spring! It’s $15 at the House, folks, and $17 to go. We’ll hope to see you out tonight!

Amazing Service and Atmosphere
“We had family Christmas gathering and we were able to have the whole house to ourselves. The food was so good, the service was great, and the decorations/ambiance was perfect for Christmas. It’s a beautiful old Victorian house and it was decorated so beautifully. We will definitely be going back here again. Every detail was attended to.”

A Gem!
“Williamsport lacks “big city” fine dining establishments. The Peter Herdic House however, tries to make up for this deficiency, and succeeds on every level. A great chef who uses the “farm to table” philosophy to his advantage, a very good bar and an excellent wine list. Pricey by local standards, but well worth it!”
